I believe in finding a personal connection to the work I take on because the most personal work always ends up being the best work. I recognized in each of these stories, I had the chance to celebrate a worldview that has shaped my life.

I am who I am because of the steps forward the women in my life have taken — my wife most of all.

To date, we have shot eight Step Forward stories, each a unique and remarkable example of shedding the shackles of expectation, circumstance and doubt in order step forward into something better.
